Job summary

picogen industry sdn bhd – Butterworth, Penang invites applications for an entry-level shipping/administration role. The successful candidate will handle shipping documents and coordinate local and international shipments, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

We expect familiarity with DO, invoices, packing lists, and courier/shipping arrangements, plus strong MS Office skills. Strong organizational and documentation abilities are essential for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• 1 year of working experience in shipping, logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with shipping documents such as Delivery Order (DO), Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and courier/shipping arrangements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents, including DOs, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
• Coordinate and arrange local and international shipments with customers, freight forwarders, courier services, and transport companies.
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and completed according to customer and company requirements.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain proper filing and records of shipping documents and delivery information.
• Follow up on deliveries and obtain signed or acknowledged DOs and K2 Forms as required.
• Perform other shipping and administrative duties as assigned by management.
