Job summary

Pusan Furniture Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Export Executive to assist in exporting furniture products and manage end-to-end shipment follow-up. The role requires hands-on experience with export documentation and proactive coordination with freight forwarders.

Candidates should be able to work independently, handle multi-task shipment processes, and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries. This is an on-site position based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export roles.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience with export documentation (CO, MITI, MTIB).
• Proficient in handling shipment follow-up and logistics communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exporting furniture products.
• Follow up on shipment status and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams to prepare required documents.
