Job summary

Ultratrex Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a Shipping & Logistics professional to manage daily import/export and local deliveries. You will source competitive freight, prepare customs documents, and coordinate with production teams to meet schedules.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field and at least 3 years of shipping/logistics experience, with strong knowledge of import/export regulations and good communication skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in shipping/logistics.

• Manage daily shipping operations to ensure smooth import/export and local deliveries.
• Source competitive freight and forwarding services based on cost and quality targets.
• Prepare shipping and logistics documents for customs clearance and exemptions.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Liaise with customs and government authorities for shipping documents and exemptions.
• Maintain shipping documentation in compliance with ISO procedures.

Source and secure competitive freight and forwarding services in terms of cost and quality to meet delivery schedules and cost efficiency targets.

Prepare all relevant shipping and logistics documentation for customs clearance, exemption applications, and related processes.

Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Liaise with customs and relevant government authorities for shipping document and exemption applications.

Compile and maintain all shipping documentation in compliance with ISO procedures.

About you
