Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into our system.
• Input and update shipment, cargo, and billing information.
• Check documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on missing or incomplete information.
• Maintain proper filing and ensure documents are organized and easily retrievable.
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
