Job summary

Infinity Logistics in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking an Operations cum Customer Service Executive-Coordinator to manage shipment bookings, coordinate with shipping lines, and ensure timely execution of all logistics tasks. You will create and verify invoices and packing lists, liaise with internal teams, agents, and customers, monitor shipments, file documents, and prepare routine reports.

Responsibilities

Handle shipment bookings and coordinate schedules with shipping lines.
Create and verify shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
Coordinate with internal departments, agents and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor shipment progress and maintain orderly filing of documents.
Prepare and issue customer invoices for LCL and FCL shipments and verify vendor charges.
Generate regular reports on shipment volume and operations.
Develop contingency plans for delays, cancellations and problems.
