Job summary

Allied Technologies in Malaysia (Iskandar Puteri) is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to manage shipping operations, plan and optimize the shipping process, and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to customers.

You will work with Sales and Warehouse, prepare key shipment documents, maintain inventory accuracy in SAP, and support safety and quality standards across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse activity and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of ERP Infor is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable to handle stress and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and willing to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize shipping processes to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Prepare and attach documents to shipments (Delivery Order, Invoice, loading plans, etc.).
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse to meet schedules and ensure accurate shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update SAP records; perform stock counts.
• Develop and improve warehouse SOPs and train staff.
