Job summary

Centre Side Express in Ipoh is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle enquiries, coordinate shipment arrangements, provide shipment updates and ensure smooth communication between customers and the operations team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics, strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with logistics operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics or freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with operations, warehouse and drivers.
• Provide accurate shipment updates and delivery schedules.
• Maintain customer service records and documentation.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams.
