Job summary

Sika in Malaysia is seeking an experienced production supervisor to troubleshoot machines, perform maintenance, and lead plant improvement initiatives including 5S projects. You will collaborate with loading, packing, wrapping and re-work teams to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires ability to oversee production shifts, achieve output and safety targets, and maintain clean housekeeping across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience and above.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to understand and read simple English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• To trouble shoot machine, do maintenance, and repair work, plant improvement and 5S projects
• To work with all departments in the factory (loading, packing, wrapping & re-work)
• Able to oversee shift (production), achieve production output and safety targets.
• Maintain Housekeeping of the plant
