Job summary

Maintain the production area using the 5S system and carry out autonomous maintenance on equipment. You will prepare production reports, record outputs, and coordinate with other departments for alignment across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Adjust production parameters to meet quality standards and production targets.
• Maintain machinery and production area using the 5S system and perform autonomous maintenance on equipment.
• Accurately prepare production reports, record production outputs, and manage wood and paper reimbursements.
• Facilitate communication with other departments for production preparation and maintain clear communication between shifts to ensure alignment on goals.
• Take responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Understand and act in accordance with company management system policies.
• Follow the regulations and standard practices of relevant departments as per the management system.
• Ensure employees comply with laws and other requirements related to the management system.
• Actively participate in and provide suggestions for improving the management system in relevant departments
