Job summary

Sika is a specialty chemicals company seeking a production supervisor to oversee day-to-day production and maintenance activities, ensuring product quality and productivity in the plant. The role involves implementing 5S at the site, following safety rules, and actively contributing to a safer workplace.

Responsibilities include operating the control room, packing machines, forklifts, and handling loading/unloading of goods, with basic plant repair and maintenance performed under supervision.

Qualifications

• Reading skills, able to speak in BM or in English.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skill in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
• High personal safety standards.
