Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor, Production to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring manpower is planned and deployed to meet production and shipment targets. You will drive product quality, resolve line issues, and guide cross-training to build team flexibility.

Responsibilities include initiating continuous improvement projects, supporting 5S and lean activities, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing operation, or management.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI/CSWIP) is highly preferred.
• 6–8 years relevant welding industry experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience with TIG and orbital welding and machining processes.
• Strong understanding of ISO14644-5 and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing operations activities of UCTM.
• Plan and deploy manpower to meet production requirements.
• Ensure production and shipment are on time.
• Maintain product quality with 5S/lean support.
• Cross-train employees across product groups.
• Lead and resolve day-to-day line issues and CIP initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc activities as assigned by Supervisor.
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime to meet deadlines.
