Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of production experience.
• At least 3 years of direct reports management experience.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work on rotating shifts (3 shifts).

Responsibilities

• Delivery of key performance metrics on a shift/project with focus on Core 5 and 9 panel metrics.
• Coordinate with warehousing, QA, bulk-packaging and sterilization for prompt shipments.
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping to high standard within the department.
• Cross-functional management of QA, materials, IS and HR support for the team.
• Interact with other manufacturing teams and Logistics to prioritize backorders.
• Perform administration duties including Time and Attendance, Holiday planning, Back Order reviews, travel planning.
