Job summary

Hotayi Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd (Hotayi Group) is seeking a Production Planner to plan and monitor production and material requirements based on customer demand. The role involves coordinating with Production, Warehouse and Purchasing to ensure timely materials and to prevent line stoppages.

You will monitor inventory levels, address shortages, expedite urgent items, and maintain planning records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Planning, Purchasing, Procurement, or Sourcing will have an added advantage.

Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow up closely.
