Job summary

Haco Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to manage the assigned production shift under the Head of Production-Process, ensuring targets, quality, and compliance with Halal, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015 and customer requirements.

You will organize and lead the shift, drive efficiency, collaborate with engineering on breakdowns, train staff, monitor inventory, and prepare SAP orders.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in food manufacturing, preferably in coffee/liquid products.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts.
• Strong communication and leadership of diverse teams.
• Analytical, proactive, problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO, FSSC, HACCP and GMP.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production attainment, efficiency, yield targets, and required product quality standards
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve plant breakdowns
• Train, develop, motivate, and discipline subordinates to achieve high performance and accountability
• Monitor material inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare production reports and manage SAP process order transactions accurately and on time to support production operations
• Perform any responsibilities assigned by the Head of Production-Process

Fully responsible for managing the assigned production shift as directed by the Head of Production-Process, to achieve production targets while ensuring product quality and compliance with established standards. Accountable for enforcing discipline, safety regulations, and good housekeeping practices. Ensure effective implementation and compliance with food safety and quality systems, including Halal, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015 and customer-specific quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Effectively organize, lead, and manage shift manpower to drive operational efficiency and ensure full compliance with SEDEX standards and labour laws

Job Requirements

Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is an advantage
