Job summary

MyPath in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop and deliver operator training in line with GMP and ISO13485 requirements.

You will refresher-train production operators, document training activities, maintain housekeeping, and assist with stock counts. Fresh graduates are welcome; knowledge of medical device manufacturing is a plus; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business / Engineering field or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in Medical Device industry / ISO13485 and 21FR820 is an advantage.
• Able to work in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT & etc.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production operators are disciplined and well trained to meet quality standards and GMP.
• Conduct refresher training to all production operators and evaluate performance.
• Ensure documentation in production follows procedures and instructions.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in production areas.
• Ensure materials are stored and labelled per ISO13485 and work instructions.
• Participate in monthly stock count to ensure material stock accuracy.
• Other tasks assigned by the Superior.
