Job summary

ITL Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Training Assistant to support on-the-job training for operators, assess performance, identify improvement areas, and maintain training records in a GMP-compliant production environment.

This role trains Supervisors and Leaders for SOPs and WI, continuously develops practical job skills, coordinates refresher programs, and works with the team to sustain efficiency, quality, and safe workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in HR with training development focus.
• 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing training.
• Ability to train operators and supervisors on SOPs & WI.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-the-job training for operators.
• Assess performance and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain training records and ensure GMP compliance.
• Coordinate yearly refresher training programs.
• Train Supervisors for SOPs and WI adherence.
