Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing industry (electronic or medical preferred).
• Experience in On-the-Job Training (OJT), competency assessment and certification processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, allocate, and optimize trainer headcount across production lines.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training to manufacturing employees, focusing on procedures and process improvements.
• Maintains training records, tracking progress and completion status.
• Notifies supervisor of discrepancies to maintain training standards and safety.
• Coordinates cross-training and schedules OJT based on process priority.
• Ensures operators meet minimum competency before certification.
• Coordinates transcript review with engineers and inspectors.
• Supports uploading and maintaining transcript records in Workday.
• Delivers training on revised procedures and supports rollout across teams.
• Collaborates with cross-functional departments to improve training effectiveness.
• Plans headcount deployment to ensure training delivery and workload balance.
• Coordinates SOPs related to Quality Inspections and GMP compliance.
• Maintains attention to detail with minimal supervision.
• Supports onboarding and orientation for new quality hires.
