Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related manufacturing industry.
• Ability to present training material to individuals and groups.
• Experience in OJT execution, competency assessment and certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training to manufacturing employees focusing on current procedures and improvements.
• Maintains accurate training records and tracks progress and completion.
• Schedules and coordinates On-the-job-training (OJT) and certifies operator competency.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize training outcomes.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing development of quality roles.
