Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking a Shift Leader (F&B) for a renowned coffee brand to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. You will lead the team, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth service, quality, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2–3 years in F&B, QSR or retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally.
• Ensure food quality (donuts and sandwiches), beverage preparation and store cleanliness meet company standards.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily operational checks.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Coach, motivate and provide on-the-job training to team members.
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, productivity and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare smooth shift handovers and report operational issues to the Store Manager.

Salary: RM2,300 - RM2,500 Base on experience

Work Arrangement: 6 days work week shift rotation (45 Hours work week)

Job Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.

Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members to maintain service and operational standards.

Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally.

Ensure food quality (freshly baked Donuts and Sandwiches), beverage (Coffee, Tea & Cold Brew) preparation and store cleanliness meet company standards.

Support store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily operational checks.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Coach, motivate and provide on-the-job training to team members.

Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, productivity and operational targets.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
