Job summary

Ambu in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead the production team. You will ensure quality, schedule adherence, and profitability while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma in manufacturing or related field with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience and knowledge of ISO 13485/GMP. On-site position with opportunities for growth within the plant.

Qualifications

• Diploma in manufacturing or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations and coordinate staff to ensure product quality and profitability.
• Ensure the production build schedule and targets are met.
• Train and motivate production staff, monitoring performance and safety.
• Ensure shift staff comply with ISO 13485 and GMP standards.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
