HS Aerosystem Sdn Bhd is an aerospace manufacturing company based in Negeri Sembilan. We are transitioning from the establishment phase into full operational maturity, focusing on stability, quality, and disciplined growth.

We are hiring a production operator to read technical drawings, operate sheet metal machines, perform setup, and ensure Right First Time quality. You will work with a team to meet production targets while maintaining safety and process discipline.

Formación

• SPM or certificate in mechanical/manufacturing
• Experience in sheet metal or fabrication (1–2 years preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs

Responsabilidades

• Operate machines such as laser cutter, turret punch, press brake, and deburring tools.
• Load and unload sheet metal material onto machines.
• Perform basic machine setup and tooling changes.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions.
• Check parts using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Record production output and any defects or issues.
• Be flexible to work shifts and overtime as required by the production plan.

What you'll be doing

Operate machines such as laser cutter, turret punch, press brake, and deburring tools.

Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and job orders.

Load and unload sheet metal material onto machines.

Perform basic machine setup and tooling changes as required.

Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions.

Check parts using measuring tools (calipers, gauges) to ensure quality and accuracy.

Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).

Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

Record production output and any defects or issues.

Work collaboratively with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Demonstrate a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and Right First Time (RFT) performance.

Adhere to all company rules, policies, and standard operating procedures.

Perform routine maintenance and daily checks on respective machines, tools, and related equipment.

Take instructions and feedback from supervisors and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Follow process times and production targets while maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Be flexible to work shifts, overtime, and other assigned tasks as required by the production plan.

What we're looking for

SPM / Certificate in Mechanical or Manufacturing field.

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sheet metal or fabrication (preferred).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Demonstrated ability to maintain quality, productivity, and discipline in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Commitment to continuous improvement, 5S, and company quality systems..
