Manage daily settlement operations, including trade data reconciliation, fund transfer instructions, and report generation.
Handle settlement-related activities, including dividend distributions, corporate actions, and other post-settlement processes.
Perform daily reconciliation of transaction and settlement data, identify discrepancies, and follow up on exceptions.
Support client onboarding, account setup, basic configuration, and risk monitoring activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external institutions to resolve settlement and operational issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate operational records and ensure relevant settlement documents and reports are properly maintained.
Perform other operational and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields preferred.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with basic securities settlement processes.
Able to work effectively under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness.
Mandarin proficiency (reading, listening, and typing) is a MUST.
Full-time position (5 working days per week).
