Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review process flows and initiate process improvements via RPA, Macro and other tools with timely updates.
• Participate in strategic initiatives, testing and implementation by having strong collaboration with team members/Oversight team.
• Actively communicate with Oversight Team to resolve issues faced and measures taken to avoid recurrence.
• Ensure that all transactions are processed in accordance to procedure.
• Identify incorrect transaction processing and provide suggestions to improve accuracy via reviews of recurring problems and gaps with possible solutions to the Manager/team.
• Provide relief support and cross-train on all functions performed within the team and across department.
