Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an on-site service professional to provide highly visible customer support during installation and commissioning of complex equipment. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, coordinate with customers on logistics, and report performance to management while ensuring responsive solutions and strong service quality.

This role includes allowances and a performance bonus as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Provide strong customer-facing support during installation and commissioning of complex equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate communication with customers and internal teams to deliver timely service.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Perform continual improvement programmes, parts' overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications and repair works on equipment.
• Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements and with customer on equipment related matters.
• Respond to customers’ complaints, provide timely solutions to resolve issues.
• Monitor the performance of the product, provide regular update reports and feedback on customer service requests.
• Report common complaints to management to address future issues.
