Job summary

Prospect Workforce Solution is seeking a field service technician/engineer in Johor Bahru to provide technical support and maintenance for water and hygiene solutions. The role involves installing equipment at customer sites, troubleshooting, and routine inspections, with travel to client locations as required.

The position requires a diploma with relevant experience or a degree in engineering (Mechanical), with the ability to work independently or within a team, and willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering/mechanical field is required.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and possess own transport.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and service equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues; perform product testing.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Assist in product roll-out and startup; maintain equipment and resolve faults.
• Train customers on proper equipment usage.
• Prepare service reports after each visit.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests.
• Travel to customer locations when required.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project teams.

Education
