Job summary
Water and hygiene solutions is seeking a technician to provide technical support through equipment installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance at customer sites to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
The role requires a Diploma with relevant experience or a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), owns transport, enjoys teamwork, and is willing to travel to customer sites as needed.
Qualifications

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and service equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues and perform product testing.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Assist in product roll-out and startup and maintain current equipment.
- Train customers on proper equipment usage and prepare service reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests; travel to locations when required.
- Work closely with Sales and Project teams.

Provide technical support through equipment installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance at customer sites to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Install and service equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot/Fix technical issues/Product testing.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Assist in product roll-out and startup, maintain current equipment and resolve faults as required
- Train customers on how to use the equipment properly.
- Prepare service reports after each visit.
- Respond to customer enquiries and support requests.
- Travel to customer locations when required
- Work closely with the Sales and Project teams
