You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure high-quality code while maintaining system reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Solution Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to streamline and automate business processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business rules.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with industry’s best practices and company policies.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to understand business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a global, cross-functional team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality code and an interest in adopting and learning the most recent technologies.
• Skilled in documenting technical specifications, configurations, and solutions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM modules.
• Experience with UI Builder and workspace configuration/customization.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC modules is a plus.
