METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Solution Specialist to join our IT team in Malaysia. You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to streamline business processes and deliver automated workflows.

• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business rules.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with industry’s best practices and company policies.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
