Job summary

Dikshatek Malaysia seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst - TIM in Kuala Lumpur to drive IT service management initiatives. You will analyze business needs, design and implement ServiceNow solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure value delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a IT/CS degree and 2–4 years in ServiceNow, with ITIL and CIS CSA/CIS desirable, plus familiarity with Now Assist and AI tools. This is a permanent on-site role.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow business analysis and administration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM tools.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
