Job summary

Crown Equipment Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our Workshop.

You will diagnose, maintain and repair forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment, ensuring reliability and safety for our clients. Our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of service that Crown is known for.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as forklift/service technician or mechanic.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various types of material handling equipment specifically Forklift.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and parts used in repairs.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
• Stay current with industry standards, safety protocols, and technical advancements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of equipment.
