Jungheinrich Lift Truck Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Service Coordinator to dispatch service technicians and plan capacity to ensure fast response to customer breakdowns and service requests.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, schedule maintenance and repairs, prepare quotations and spare parts orders, and coordinate with service engineers and managers to keep jobs on track.

Formación

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business, Customer Service or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service and manpower planning, preferably within MHE, heavy equipment, heavy machinery, or a similar industry.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
• A results-driven, proactive individual with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid technical expertise combined with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Answering customer call for service request
• Creating service notification and management of assigned field service engineers
• Deployment control / planning of service engineers daily
• Appointment booking with customers and order planning by scheduling technicians for maintenance, repairs and so on according to priorities and knowledge level
• Maintain overview of technician's resources, e.g.: location, status of service job
• Update the customer timely on the job status
• Ensure breakdown repairs are resolved timely by working closely with Service Engineers & Service Managers.
• Prepare quotations linked to service reports and submit to Customer
• Prepare spare parts order linked to the service report
• Prepare standard quotations
• Assist with other office related duties
• Coordination of work passes required for service engineer to enter job sites

The Service Coordinator is responsible for dispatching the service technician/engineers and planning their capacities to ensure that customer breakdown repairs & servicing requests are completed in an efficient, cost-effective manner. The Service Coordinator is the customer's first point of contact and is responsible to ensure we fulfil the response time needed.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Answering customer call for service request

Creating service notification and management of assigned field service engineers

Deployment control / planning of service engineers daily

Appointment booking with customers and order planning by scheduling technicians for maintenance, repairs and so on according to priorities and knowledge level

Maintain overview of technician's resources, e.g.: location, status of service job

Update the customer timely on the job status

Ensure breakdown repairs are resolved timely by working closely with Service Engineers & Service Managers.

Prepare quotations linked to service reports and submit to Customer

Prepare spare parts order linked to the service report

Skills & Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business, Customer Service or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a customer service and manpower planning role, preferably within MHE, heavy equipment, heavy machinery, or a similar industry.

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Proficiency in English and local languages.

A results-driven, proactive individual with good communication and negotiation skills.

Solid technical expertise combined with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.

Ability to handle complaints and resolve complex situations effectively.

Proficiency in SAP system and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

A team player with a flexible and good time management.
