Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Service Technician to support site visits, including machinery installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role is based in Masai, Johor and involves travelling to customer sites.

Key responsibilities include installation and maintenance of machinery, troubleshooting glitches to restore uptime with minimal delay, and advising customers on spare parts during service calls.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in machinery installation or maintenance
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, Wireman (PW4), Chargeman (AO), or equivalent
• Experience in Electrical Control Panel, Instrumentation & HVAC System
• Willing to travel outstation
• Ability to speak and write English
• Candidates must have own transport
