Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING is seeking a B- Service And Application Engineer (Calibration) to perform calibration and maintenance on site and in the laboratory, supporting after-sales service and commissioning.

The role requires a degree in engineering and 1–2 years' related experience; strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, willingness to travel, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. ISO 17025 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering fields (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Microelectronics).
• 1–2 years related experience in service & application engineering preferred.
• Willing to travel; own transport.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• ISO 17025 knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calibration and maintenance activities on site and in laboratory.
• Perform after sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Carry out ad-hoc work especially site work, work at height, troubleshooting, perform corrective action and complete on site repair.
• Handle ISO 17025 accredited documentation.
• Support sales team in providing technical clarification, service report and quotation.
• Provide timely and accurate external and internal professional report.
• To assist in task assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

• Good communication and interpersonal skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Team player and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport ,willing to travel
• Having knowledge of ISO 17025 is an advantage.
