Job summary

Riken Keiki Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform maintenance and service on gas detectors and related equipment, delivering reliable technical support to customers in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate has electrical/electronics qualifications and at least 3 years of field experience, with strong problem-solving, communication, and diagnostic tool skills. You will join a friendly team committed to learning and safety.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in electrical or electronics engineering, or a similar field.
• Candidates with Three Phase Wireman or Single Phase Wireman certificate are encouraged to apply
• At least 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar job
• Strong skills in finding and solving problems, and able to work on your own
• Good communication and customer service skills - able to explain technical things in a clear way
• Able to use diagnostic tools and equipment well
• A positive team player who is ready to keep learning
