Job summary

Fuji SMT (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive technician to assist in machine setup, operation, and preventive maintenance in our SMT production line in Penang. You will monitor processes, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting daily production targets.

Fresh graduates are encouraged, with preference for candidates experienced in SMT equipment. This role requires reliability, the ability to work shifts including weekends and overtime when

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, machine maintenance, or technical support will be an added advantage.
• Experience with AOI, SPI, Pick & Place Machines, Reflow Oven, or other SMT equipment will be an added advantage.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical skills are an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
