Responsibilities

• Carry out customer appointments and raise preliminary repair orders.
• Inform customers of estimated repair cost and delivery/pickup time.
• Coordinate parts preplanning and orders with parts team.
• Update customers twice daily on repair order progress.
• Supervise subcontracted work and manage sublet orders.
• Ensure delivery order/invoice is accurate and presented at customer collection time.
