Job summary

Volvo Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Parts Operations Assistant to support daily activities in the dealer network, including workshop and counter parts operations. You will help ensure spare parts availability, manage stock, and assist with order processing.

The role requires 3–4 years in inventory/logistics, strong communication, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. ISO 9001/14001 and HSE compliance are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Certificate in related field required.
• Competencies from Volvo leadership framework apply.
• 3–4 years of inventory/logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure spare part operations meet workshop and retail targets.
• Support parts storage, picking, packing and delivery processes.
• Assist in goods receipt, discrepancy reporting and warehouse organization.
• Maintain accurate records in the Local Dealer System (LDS).
• Contribute to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 implementation and HSE practices.
• Adhere to Volvo values and company policies.
