Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and enter SAP for spare parts and services, ensuring accuracy with the PO.
• Maintain and update Service Contract details in SAP and Customer Equipment Card (CEC).
• Coordinate product deliveries with Supply Chain to arrange logistics for customers, engineers, or sales.
• Ensure ISO and GDPMD compliance and respond to inquiries within defined timeframes.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports including ISO quality objective and service metrics.
