Responsibilities

• Handle invoice and billing for AR.
• Record daily bank deposits and post to ERP.
• Maintain AR aging, apply credits and collections.
• Process staff and medical claims for AP.
• Review invoices and payment requests for policy compliance.
• Post invoices in ERP daily and reconcile creditor ledgers.
• Prepare payment vouchers and file documents timely.
• Ensure ISO quality compliance and perform adhoc tasks.
