Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) is seeking a Manager for Supply Chain – Warehouse & Logistics in Malaysia to lead end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will oversee warehouse, inventory, and fleet activities, while driving improvements and cost control.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in warehousing/logistics, experience with GDPMD/ISO 13485, ERP/WMS systems, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse, logistics or fleet management, preferably in regulated industries.
• Practical experience in regulated warehouse ops, inventory management, cold-chain handling and logistics coordination a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GDPMD, ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, inventory accuracy and cost control.
• Oversee inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations and audits; implement FIFO/FEFO and monitor shelf-life.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with 3PLs and medical couriers; maintain cold-chain integrity.
