Job summary

KONE is offering a Service Intern position in Malaysia for students pursuing a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/ Facility Management or related fields). The role supports the Service team in daily operations, coordinating service jobs, and preparing reports, with exposure to service processes and safety standards at a multinational level.

The internship is full-time (5–6 months, subject to school requirements) and requires good communication, attention to detail, and a willingness

About the Role:

As a Service Intern, you will support KONE's Service team in ensuring smooth daily operations for elevator and escalator services. You will gain hands‑on exposure to service coordination and operational support, working closely with technicians, supervisors, and the service office team. This role is ideal for students who want real business exposure in engineering, operations, or technical services.

Key Responsibilities
