KONE is offering a Service Intern position in Malaysia for students pursuing a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/ Facility Management or related fields). The role supports the Service team in daily operations, coordinating service jobs, and preparing reports, with exposure to service processes and safety standards at a multinational level.

The internship is full-time (5–6 months, subject to school requirements) and requires good communication, attention to detail, and a willingness

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/ Facility Management or related fields)
• Able to commit to full-time internship (minimum 5-6 months, subject to school requirement)
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Must be based in or able to commute within Klang Valley

Responsabilidades

• Support daily service operations and administrative tasks
• Assist the team in tracking service jobs, maintenance schedules, and reports
• Help prepare simple reports, data updates, and documentation
• Coordinate with the service team on job status, follow-ups, and updates
• Support basic customer and internal queries related to service operations
• Participate in continuous improvement activities as assigned by the team
• Learn KONE's service processes, safety practices, and quality standards
