You will support daily operations for elevator and escalator services, gaining hands-on exposure to service coordination and operational support alongside technicians and supervisors. Qualificações

• Pursuing Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Facility Management) or related field.
• Available for full-time internship for 5–6 months (subject to school requirement).
• Based in Klang Valley or able to commute there.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a multinational service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily service operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist tracking of service jobs, maintenance schedules, and reports.
• Help prepare simple reports, data updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the service team on job status, follow-ups, and updates.
• Handle basic customer and internal queries related to service operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities as assigned by the team.
• Learn KONE’s service processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
