Job summary

North Gate Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites applications for an entry-level IT Helpdesk role based in Kuching. You will answer calls, receive and manage tickets, assign work to technicians, and follow up until issues are resolved.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. You will also record staff attendance, manage inventory records, prepare quotations, and handle courier logistics as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English; Malay and Chinese are an advantage.
• Attention to details with good memory.
• Punctual, reliable and a good team player.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Gmail, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, receive and handle tickets, assign to technicians, and follow up until closure.
• Record staff attendance and arrange meetings.
• Manage and update inventory records.
• Prepare quotations, follow up, process orders, issue invoices and file documents.
• Handle courier deliveries and track incoming parts and documents
