Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Service Delivery Administrator in Kuala Lumpur to support the Business Solution Global Service Delivery Operations. You will assist SDMs with monthly reporting, invoicing, and payments while liaising across functions and geographies.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS-Excel/Outlook; Power BI and Power Automate are a plus. This is an on-site position in Malaysia with a collaborative, international team.

Qualifications

• Min 1-2 years in services environment, outsourcing context preferred.
• Diploma level or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and modifying monthly reports for SDMs.
• Distribute monthly reports to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing with APAC subsidiaries and update SDMs.
• Track monthly payments between entities and escalate issues.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by GSDO or SDM.
