Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and demonstrate sound business acumen while aligning with principles, values and behaviour to build trust with customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance to policies, procedures and ethical standards.
• Influence others and build effective relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.
• Provide weekly and daily reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as SPOC for escalations, routing, processes and tools.
• Manage resources and shift roster to ensure service delivery.
• Support performance management and reporting for the team.
