Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Service Delivery Administrator in Kuala Lumpur to support the Business Solution Global Service Delivery Operations. You will assist SDMs with monthly reporting, invoicing, and payments while liaising across functions and geographies.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS-Excel/Outlook; Power BI and Power Automate are a plus. This is an on-site position in Malaysia with a collaborative, international team.

Responsibilities

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by GSDO or SDM.

Job description

Service Delivery Administrator (SDA) assist various Service Delivery Managers (SDM) in Business Solution Global Service Delivery Operations (BS GSDO) with operation and routine work there by freeing up SDM to focus on higher value work.

Responsibilities:

1) Monthly Reporting

• a) Work with SDMs and own the creation/modifications of monthly reports on behalf of SDMs
• b) Create monthly internal/external reports for SDMs review
• c) Modify monthly reports based on SDMs’ instructions
• d) Check and distribute monthly reports to all key stakeholders

2) Monthly Invoicing

• a) Follow up to ensure Subsidiaries in APAC trigger invoicing to customers based on monthly reports
• b) Update SDMs on monthly invoicing status
• c) Follow up to ensure Subsidiaries receive payment and elevate issues to SDMs

3) Monthly Payment

• a) Follow up to ensure that all monthly payment between all entities for support services rendered to specific accounts are processed
• b) Update SDMs on monthly payment status and escalator issues to SDMs

4) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Business Solution Global Services Delivery Management team or Service Delivery Manager.

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of work experience in services environment, preferably in an outsourcing context on service reporting. Having experience in Managed Print Services an advantage.
• Min Diploma level or equivalent
• Flexible, self-motivated with ability to work under pressure in an international and culturally diverse organization
• Must have good communication skills and be able to liase with people across functions, organizations and geography.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and demonstrated high proficiency in MS-Excel, Outlook and other PC applications, experienced with Power BI and Power Automate will be an advantage.
• Must be fluent in English language with proficiency in written/verbal English communication skills.
