S&P Global Market Intelligence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a GP Service Delivery Management Specialist to join our Private Capital GP Managed Data Services team. You will support day-to-day service delivery, investigate data issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and well-managed client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in client service or SaaS delivery, strong communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in client service, service delivery, data management, financial operations, or a SaaS delivery environment.
• Interest in Finance & Private Markets and willingness to learn.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and client focus.
• Clear, structured client communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration and technical curiosity with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Client & Stakeholder Management: be the point of contact for GP clients and support day-to-day service delivery.
• Financial Data Quality & Interpretation: review and interpret financial data across GP reporting workflows.
• Client Onboarding & Delivery Support: assist onboarding, data requirements, and documentation flow.
• Problem Solving & Issue Management: assess issues, gather context, and drive resolution.
• Operational Excellence: oversee document workflow and streamline operations.
• Continuous Improvement: identify process gaps and contribute to improvements.
