Job summary

Ancile Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator Cum Customer Support / Service Delivery Executive to ensure timely service delivery, manage SLAs, and support the sales team with admin tasks. You will coordinate with IT, sales, and support teams to align solutions with client needs.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive attitude. Penang-based position with a focus on IT services delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U/Diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of working experience in IT, Sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service delivery matters with clients.
• Monitor and manage service delivery performance and SLAs.

The Inside Sales Coordinator Cum Customer Support / Service Delivery Executive is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to clients according to agreed service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing client expectations, and driving service excellence to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This job requires performing sales admin tasks to support the sales team, involving managing administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the sales department and responsibility for preparing, maintenance and coordinating sales related documents.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for service delivery matters with clients.

Monitor and manage service delivery performance and SLAs.

Coordinate with technical, sales, and support teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.

Identify and assign service delivery issues to engineers or escalations promptly.

Maintain detailed records of client requirements, activities, and communications.

Conduct regular service reviews and gather client feedback.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Assist account manager to manage services sales related matters.

Provide administrative field sales support to Account Managers, source for products, prepare quotation, follow up with customers, process purchase orders, arrange billing and delivery.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

About you

Possess at least SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U/Diploma qualification.

At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in IT, Sales or relevant field.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Experience in IT services industry is a plus.
