Job summary

Unox S.p.a. in Malaysia invites a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage service operations for our high-end ovens, coordinating between customers, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely maintenance and excellent customer satisfaction.

You will handle call records in Salesforce, assign fieldwork, manage installation checks, review reports, and prepare quotations while keeping customers informed from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, customer support, or maintenance.
• Demonstrates proactive approach and strong customer focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM and service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Record all customer and dealer calls in Salesforce and acknowledge complaints with a unique number.
• Allocate daily service calls to technicians based on priority, location, and availability.
• Share pre-installation checklists with customers before engineer site visits.
• Monitor open calls and provide timely updates on status and resolution timelines.
• Ensure daily submission and uploading of service reports into Salesforce.
• Prepare quotations for service, installation, chemicals, and spare parts; coordinate invoicing and dispatch with Order Management.
• Inform customers/dealers upon completion and close cases with signed Service Reports.
• Maintain daily Salesforce activity updates for transparency across assets and technicians.
